This card is inspired by the Maltese tradition of the blessing of figolli and Easter eggs, which remains popular in many parishes. On Easter Sunday, the local children gather on the church parvis with the sweets they have been gifted, for these to be blessed by the priest. The figolla is a traditional Maltese Easter sweet with a long history. It consists of a biscuit which is filled with an almond mixture, and coated with icing or chocolate. Designed by Christine Caruana.
This greeting card is empty inside and printed on high-quality 330gsm Fedrigoni card paper. It will be sent to the addressee with a complimentary envelope and it takes about a week and a half to be delivered. This is a premium product.
